In your role as our first employee, you will immerse yourself in our community and the people that make it - some of the kindest and most creative hikers and outdoor enthusiasts who'd walked, skied and cycled through many of the world’s long-distance trails and have plenty of stories to share. You will be the driving force behind the energy of our community, spearheading new interactive initiatives such as virtual events, challenges and other collaborative projects that encourage participation. You will also be creating and sharing authentic quality stories that draw others to join. Whether it's chronicling personal triumphs on the trails, or shedding light on the ecological perils of consumerism, you'll have ample material to craft compelling narratives.

In the beginning, this will be a part-time role (16hrs/week). As we scale, the role will become more and more involved (32-40hrs/week). Initially your compensation will be EUR/USD 25 per hour (pro-rated EUR/USD 51,600) with ample bonus opportunities in case of good results.
